Best ever brownies

These are possibly the best and easiest brownies you will ever make ... and eat! It's a classic, with ooey-gooey chocolatey fudgey goodness! P.S. I'm experimenting on a vegan version!

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g butter or margarine
  • 2 cups bown sugar mix n match with treacle sugar to make it even richer!
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 300 g dark chocolate, chopped into small pieces

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 20cm square pan.
  2. Melt the butter and set aside.
  3. Add all dry indegients to a large bowl, then add melted butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently mix in lightly beaten eggs and pour into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40-45 mins, until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Cool completely in the pan before removing and cutting into squares.
