Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a 20cm square pan.
- Melt the butter and set aside.
- Add all dry indegients to a large bowl, then add melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Gently mix in lightly beaten eggs and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-45 mins, until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
- Cool completely in the pan before removing and cutting into squares.
